Every garment is different, so pricing is based on the fabric, construction, condition, and the redesign or alteration requested. We explain the scope clearly before any work begins.
A deposit of 30 percent is required once the concept and scope are approved. The remaining balance is due on collection, using a card, bank transfer, or cash on collection.
Turnaround is usually estimated at 10 to 20 business days for redesign projects, depending on the garment and workshop capacity. We confirm timing after review rather than promising automatic fast service.
If extra materials are needed, they are quoted separately once availability is checked. We do not guarantee an exact match for trims, linings, buttons, or other components until they are confirmed.
